My son recently got into Pokemon games and this lead to buying a GBA SP. Didn’t take long for him to start complaining of short battery life. After purchasing a couple of replacement batteries on Amazon with the same results, I got to Googling and found Retro Modding. Holy Shit! This battery rocks! 10 hours of game play off a single charge! For once I was not a middle age balding loser who has questionable taste in musics in the eyes of my son. I was a middle age balding WINNER! Retro Modding made my pre-teen son love me again. Thanks Retro Modding!

This shell is amazing! It feels so high quality, would highly recommend this brand of shell to all! I swapped from a RetroSix transparent black shell, and this FunnyPlaying one feels more sturdy and comfortable! I love the SNES style buttons with this shell!!
Great quality buttons! The A and B buttons feel premuim and have a nice glossy finish! I love the feeling of the bumpers and triggers!
Bought one of these to fix my childhood Gameboy Color, finally found an OEM screen that didn't cost me an arm and leg. Arrived in terrific shape, no problems with the screen, worked perfectly. Packaging was above expectations and care was clearly put into handling! Already been buying more from here and will continue to buy from here, great company! :)
Controller went together super easy. It was nice that screws were included. The rubbers are nice and new which is perfect! Had to put a light behind it to give it some cool glow.
Compared to its main competitor it has more tools and functionality, main downside is that you have to dig on what each option does since the the manual is not well documented.
