A little tricky to open if you don’t put the cart in a certain way but once you figure they out it’s easy. Have the cart opening going towards the little nub that you push in to unlatch and there will be space for it to move inwards and open. Otherwise you are fighting the cart shell when you are trying to open as there is a lot less space if you have it flipped around.
