It took 2 weeks to get my order out ("supply chain issues"). In the past I haven't been able to preemptively order something for when it is back in stock but I was able to order items that weren't yet in inventory. Trouble is, I had to reach out to them to get this info versus the company telling me they couldn't meet expectations. There was 0 attempt to remedy rhe situation outside of, "we will mail it out as soon as we can." I lost an order because of it (half of what I was ordering) and they lost a customer because of it. I'll pay more and find a company that meets expectations or seeks to make it right when they make a mistake.
