Comme alternative à l'utilisation de quatre piles AA, la Game Boy d'origine comprend une prise d'alimentation CC qui permet aux joueurs d'utiliser un adaptateur secteur pour alimenter leur console. Si vous en avez assez de voir vos batteries mourir au pire moment possible, ce produit est parfait pour ces longues sessions de jeu.

REMARQUE: Assurez-vous de retirer les piles de votre console avant de l'utiliser ; ne pas le faire peut faire griller un fusible sur votre console.

GB power adapter

It works but the cord is like 2 feet long so you have to be willing to sit directly next to your outlet to use it. Would recommend another with a longer cord unless your just using it for testing purposes

New adapters, work good

I love these AC adapters. They are hard to find even in the internet. Retro Modding has it. I love them they are new adapters and in unused packaging. They work very well with my Game Boy consoles, the difference is just they are not orginal Game Boy AC adapters. The shipping time is decent. Thanks Retro Modding.

Fits loose, too long

It's impossible to use this for playing, the fit is loose so there are constant power drops, and the cable is only 2 feet long.

It is too long as is shown in the picture, that is not because of the new case, it was too long in the original also.

There also seems to be some thing loose inside the adapter itself. So sometimes it loses power at one end, sometimes the other.

Basically this thing seems like a giant fire hazard.

New life to an old game

The game boy we’ve had for decades did not work when we took it out of the closet. Not even with new batteries. We got the AC adapter and it came to life!! Wanting to pass it along to a son in law who is collecting retro games so this was a blessing 🤗
