The shipping was fast, the customer service was fast, everything was done fast and I appreciate that. The ez flash air that I got works phenomenally, it has internal space for games to stay loaded and easily accessible up to like 20 or 15 depending on the game sizes but it works great and is easy to use and setup. I would deffinetly recommend this product to anybody with a gameboy advance (sp) or ds lite sitting around without any games.

All the parts were in perfect condition except the power switch for my gameboy pocket. The switch was partly broken, even though the package was wrapped good. Thankfully I made the order for the other buttons as my current power switch is in good condition still.

Unfortunately, the battery casing was broken and would not take a charge. I would have tried to return it but their policy makes it almost impossible to return once I’ve tried the battery out.

Making me pay money to garantee the item i purchased gets to me or "ship aid" plus having to pay shipping is a bit much ive never encountered this with any other company and was not a fan other companies would simply replace a lost item

Arrived with everything needed to do the mod including the wire for the brightness button! No instructions are included, but it is easily available on both the Retro Modding site and various YouTube videos online. An easy and fun mod for sure!
