Jamesyplays has been a graphic designer for 17 years, but his love for all things Nintendo goes way further back than that! After getting an original Gameboy for his 7th birthday, he knew he had found his calling!

Born and raised in Birmingham UK, growing up in the 80s and 90s, his love for all things retro is massive - and is inspired by retro tech, tv shows and design from both of those decades.

After making a name for himself initially making and designing retro DMG styled Gameboy Macros, he broadened his horizons by designing 80s and 90s inspired designs for original Gameboy models.

His biggest inspiration is his family and especially his little daughter who at 2 years old must be the youngest Mario 64 player ever!
