Good product, but $30 duty free!?

Very happy with the gameboy OLED screen I ordered but can not believe I had to pay an extra $30 duty for a tiny little box that weighs 1 pound to Canada. Will never order from you guys again

We understand your frustration as far as import duties go, but unfortunately we do not have as much control over tariffs and related fees as we would like. If it were up to us there would be none at all that is for sure.
