Works well.

Purchased one for my North American Game Gear and one for my Japanese Game Gear. Both cables work well and power the Game Gears with Bennvenn screens just fine.

OH YES!

If you have a game gear this is a great thing to have, because Game gears love batteries and eating them. this helps lots. can even do like the old battery backup but with a modern power bank.

Compared to the 6 batteries needed to power the GG, this cord is a life saver. Works great paired with a power bank, there's no comparison to lugging around expensive batteries.
