This is a great kit that when coupled with some translucent buttons makes for a cool look. I just wish I could dim the leds because it’s quite bright when playing in the dark (on a plane for example). Overall would absolutely recommend.

I was so excited to see this be added to the shop and I couldn't wait to add this to my GBC. The ribbon cable is super easy to install and lines up perfectly with button pads. I'll definitely be buying a few more again for some mods I plan to do for my siblings. Thanks for such an awesome product!

It was very easy to install but the instructions do show a previous version then what's being shipped. They're nearly identical but some differences make it slightly different at first glance.

Was not excat fit I broke my yellow one but it did work and the blue one turned out pretty good

It broke. The metal prongs on the back of the gameboy mother board punctured the ribbon cable. I wish there were warnings about using tape, or to clip the solder points

Really easy to install and looks amazing. I was worried about the light being able to shine through the opaque pads but these LEDs are so bright they shrine straight through. I also have a transparent black shell and they have little to no bleed on the edges. Very satisfied.

I love the screen and it makes playing my gameboy so much more enjoyable than before!
